Description
This brunch offered by the Arrel restaurant of the Intercontinental Hotel has gastronomy of all colors! You will be able to enjoy hot and cold stations, showcooking... and a finger-licking dessert. You will find a spectacular buffet full of local and seasonal products, so the menu may vary depending on the time of year. Your mouth will be watering: Iberian ham, local cheeses, quilted meats, beef steak tartar, Delta oysters with garnishes, croissants of all tastes, plum cakes, puddings and artisan cookies, km0 jams and what can't be missed, fresh fruit! For the hot ones, you can also start preparing your palate, because you will not stay hungry, you can choose from all their elaborate eggs (eggs Benedict, with lobster and caviar, or omelette with Delta oysters), and also meat such as bacon and chicken curry dumplings, pork and vegan! And one of the highlights is the showcooking, you won't be disappointed, you'll see buttered risotto cooked on a 20kg wheel of parmesan, veal gigot, wild salt sea bass and chicken and waffles.
